Purpose of the Reporting Program
In order to establish an ethical corporate culture, DONG A ELTEK receives reports of irregularities and unfair trade behavior of our employees in relation to external stakeholders such as business partners.
Reporting Target
- - Unfair business treatment such as preferential treatment of business partners
- - Unreasonable demands
- - Offering and receiving bribes, monetary transactions, and entertainment
- - Leakage of company information and personnel
- - Disputes related to subcontracting transactions, such as violations of the Subcontracting Act
- - Other fraudulent or irregular behavior
Whistleblower Protection
- 1. Confidentiality
- It is prohibited to disclose or imply the identity of the informant or the contents of the report without the informant's consent.
- It is prohibited to track the location or whereabouts of the whistleblower, such as the IP address, when the whistleblower makes a report using online methods such as e-mail.
- We require all persons involved in the whistleblowing process to sign a pledge of confidentiality, etc. to ensure that they handle their duties fairly and independently, and to strictly observe the secrets learned in the entire process of the whistleblowing system.

2. Identity Guarantee
- We prohibit any disadvantage in status or discrimination in working conditions based on the fact that a person cooperates with the audit and investigation of the contents of the whistleblower report by making a report or submitting statements or data. - 3. Reduction of liability
- Discipline may be reduced or waived for a whistleblower who is found to be liable for disciplinary action as a result of whistleblowing.
