  • 01Responsibilities and Obligations to Customers

    recognizes that customers are the foundation that determines the development and prosperity of the company, and secures unconditional trust from customers by always respecting their opinions, telling them only the truth, fulfilling promises to customers, and constantly creating and providing value that benefits customers.

  • 02Fair Competition

    All executives and employees of the Company shall respect the order of the free market economy, pursue free and fair competition with all competitors, compete fairly with their true capabilities, and do not take advantage of competitors' weaknesses to promote the Company's interests.

  • 03Compliance with laws and regulations

    All executives and employees of the Company shall comply with all laws and regulations of the country and respect the customs of trade in all business and sales activities in Korea and overseas.

  • 04Fair Trade

    In all transactions, DONG A ELTEK shall provide equal opportunities to all partners and pursue common development by building mutual trust and cooperation through transparent and fair transactions.

  • 05Ban on Bribery and Entertainment

    All executives and employees of the Company shall not provide or accept any form of money or entertainment that may influence the transaction in all transactions.

  • 06Other unfair acts

    All executives and employees of the Company shall prohibit all debt transactions (borrowing, guarantee, etc.) with suppliers unrelated to the Company's business, and gambling with employees of suppliers, and shall not directly or indirectly acquire shares or property of suppliers, or personally transact business with relatives or suppliers related to themselves.

    All executives and employees of the Company shall have pride and dignity as Dong-A Eltek people, and shall always live honestly and fairly with high ethical values and strictly comply with the Company's principles to pursue the development of the Company and individuals together.
